Recently, our client had a substantial tree removed from their front yard. They enlisted our services to install new sod and irrigation to maintain its lush greenery. However, the presence of remaining roots from the large tree posed a significant challenge during the irrigation installation process. Despite this hurdle, we persevered and successfully completed the task, resulting in a stunning transformation of the client's home exterior.

A client reached out to us, informing us of their decision to sell their home. However, the yard had been neglected for a considerable period and required a makeover to enhance its appeal and boost the home's market value. We stepped in and executed a thorough yard cleanup, followed by the installation of 12 yards of fresh mulch around the property. The transformation was well-received by the customer, and the property sold swiftly thereafter.

Our latest lawn maintenance client requested the removal of the palm tree, prickly pear cactus, and overgrown vegetation at the end of her driveway, which had been neglected. We promptly completed the task and are now preparing to lay sod in this area. Additionally, while on-site, she also requested trimming of the palm trees in her yard, which we happily carried out.

In response, we devised a solution by designing a compact bed adorned with petite plants, eventually mulched, and complemented by a stunning rock walkway.

At our client's multi-family investment property, there was a desire to elevate the aesthetics of the parking lot and driveway. To achieve this, we implemented a paver herringbone pattern around the property. This enhancement significantly boosted the property's value and elevated its overall appearance to a new standard of excellence.

Known for its resilience to saltwater, Muhly Grass not only withstands such conditions but also rejuvenates the space with a vibrant Florida-themed aesthetic, breathing new life.

Previously, the client had palm trees surrounding the pool area, which unfortunately perished and they opted against replacing them. Our team proceeded to remove the root balls of the palms, along with the deceased jasmine and irrigation system. Subsequently, we installed new travertine pavers to fill the void, rejuvenating the space with a fresh and updated look.
